Wolves are my favorite animal, but I can’t seem to find any good fiction books about them other than White Fang by Jack London, which i’ve already read. Any suggestions?

I am in 8th grade, and my english teacher is making all of us check out a historical fiction book from the library. I’ve been looking for some, but there aren’t really any interesting ones. Does anyone know any good, interesting historical fiction books? It would help a lot. Thanks!

I mean strong as in compelling and not physically strong and also action science fiction books like dune, lord of the rings, ender and not something like farenheit 451 or twilight. Thanks.

Actually I find the Tolkien characters to be rather 2 dimensional simply because he was more interested in a story driven tale rather than a character driven one.

Modern fantasy is different, most of it is character driven…Belgarath of the Belgariad/Mallorean series is a strong character for instance. I’ve heard good things about the Fire and Ice cycle by Jordan too – just don’t get too attached to anyone

Hey, so basically I’m doing summer reading homework and we have to get good books to read so please answer with any suggestions of good ones because I have to write an essay on whatever I read, so I want to get something good. Please try romance or realistic fiction because I like those best.

hey you could read anything by nicholas sparks. i loved all of his books.. i would reccomend the last song, dear john, the choice, or the guardian.

Hey, im going into 7th grade next year and i need to read a non-fiction book over the Summer. Does anyone know some good, non-fiction books that are appropriate and not too long because i have to read two others books. I wanted to read a biography, but at this point i don’t really care as long as its non-fiction and not too long.
